Delivery and Order Tracking
You can access the status of your order from the Order Detail button in the My Orders section. The status of all products in your order is indicated separately on the relevant lines. You can track whether your order is in process, shipped or cancelled from this area.
Your orders are shipped with All Cargo (according to Seller's choice). You can find the Order Tracking number on the Order Detail page.
You may have received many products in the same order. According to the difference of the sellers, the products can be sent to your address as separate cargoes on different dates. Up-to-date information about this will be reflected on your e-mail address and on the Order Detail page.
Receiving and Checking Stages
Do not take delivery of the products sent to your address by cargo without checking them. If you have ordered a product that may break during transportation, be sure to check the contents of the box. Check the number of incoming products and the numbers on the invoice and sign the delivery document.
A note is left by the cargo delivery officer that you can pick up your order from the nearest branch if you are not present at the delivery address you have previously determined. If you do not receive the product by going to the branch within 3 working days, your package will be returned to us by the Cargo company.
In case of damage, deficiency or mistake in the product you received, ask the Cargo personnel to prepare a damage report. Do not take these products and return them to us.
Delivery Zones and Delivery Time
Delivery is made throughout Turkey by Cargo. The products are delivered to your address within a maximum of 7 working days from the moment of departure from the sellers. The table published on the Cargo site may also be useful for calculating delivery times.
Return Policy
All products that comply with the return conditions, within 14 working days from the date of receiving the cargo; You can give your package to Cargo together with your invoice with your free return shipping code.
If the product is different from the information given on the product page, if it is damaged or missing, you can return it to the contracted cargo company without paying any shipping fee. .
Returns sent by a different shipping company with buyer's payment will not be accepted.
Used products with damaged packaging will not be accepted. For orders that are invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the company while making the return process. Shipments that are not invoiced for return are not received.
If the product you receive has a small number of broken parts (up to a maximum of 5 pieces), spare parts are supplied if you take a photo of the broken parts in one frame and specify the order number and the name of the broken part, and send it via e-mail.
Cargoes with damaged packaging must be returned before they are received, by keeping a report with the cargo officer.
Your product will be checked within 3 business days after it reaches the seller, and if it complies with the return conditions, your refund will be made within 3 business days.
What is the right of withdrawal?
Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer (“Law”), the buyers have the right to use their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date to return the products without giving any reason and “without paying the shipping fee”. Every institution must implement the law.
How is the right of withdrawal used?
In order for the buyer to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must notify the seller that he wishes to return the product within 14 days from the delivery date. The seller is obliged to return the product within 10 (ten) days at the latest after receiving the buyer's request and pay the product price and return shipping fee to the buyer without any expense. When the product is returned to the Seller, the original invoice submitted to the Buyer at the time of delivery must also be returned. If the invoice has a return explanation section, this section should be filled in and the invoice signed by the Buyer and delivered with the product. The Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 entered into force on 28.05.2014. For products purchased before 28.05.2014, the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer is valid. According to this law, buyers have the right to return the products without giving a reason and “without paying the shipping fee”, using their right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of delivery. The valid period for return requests outside the right of withdrawal period is 30 days.
